Refund policy

We are confident that you will love your Flex products, but we know things don't always go to plan. Our leotards are custom made to your specific customisation and size requests, so we are unfortunately unable to offer change of mind returns or exchanges. We have done rigorous size and pattern testing and we're confident in our size guides, so please use our size guides and contact us prior to placing your order if you have any queries or concerns regarding sizing - we'd love to get it right for you the first time. In saying this, if you do have any issues upon receiving your order, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Returns for an exchange will be granted if the item is deemed faulty or defective, given the item is returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the item, as defined in Australian Consumer Law. Flex Leotards & Dance reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges for such reasons as change of mind, wrong fit or not liking the style or colour choice. Flex Leotards & Dance also reserves the right to deny cancellation of your order due to change of mind or change of circumstances prior to your order being shipped out.  Please note processing times are estimates!
